All website orders must be paid by Visa or MasterCard. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. The goods remain the property of The Colourful Company Limited until full payment is received.

Some large, bulky or heavy orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping to finalise the order and arrange shipping. Alternatively, you may prefer to email details of the products required prior to purchase and we will provide a final delivery cost.
Please note that orders within New Zealand are sent via New Zealand Post. All New Zealand orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.
When you shop with The Colourful Company Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied.
We endeavour to handle every order with as much care as possible, however if you need to return an item due to an error on our part, or if you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Changing your mind is not a valid reason to return goods, so please choose carefully.

Goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your packing slip or your online order receipt with your return.
Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of goods.
Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of The Colourful Company Limited. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
